http://images.nortonsimon.org/viewer/index.php?id=P.1971.7.159 I have one too. This large lithograph from 1969 “Melrose and Vine” measures 24×33 framed/matted numbered/signed in pencil by the artist.
Merry Christmas! This is just a small selection in my gallery. I specialize in the work of John Hunter and will be adding some more in 2015. Along with complete suites not yet in museums, an acrylic on canvas and more. I predict you can send your grandchildren to college with just one print when his value becomes more evident. Already there are many collectors of his work, and he continues to work in his studio even today. His art has been in museums for decades, socked away until his “overnight success” arrives. To see an example of what I mean, you can check out the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena to see that they have several of the same pieces I have. Maybe I am one of a few collectors who have what has not yet been taken by museums. For example, I have the complete Suites: Going Hollywood and The Cycle of Life. Complete and in perfect condition. Maybe one of two or ? still out in the world of individual art patrons?. Inquire about my collection and prices.
